Thirty Day Return Eligibility
We offer a thirty-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within thirty days after receiving your hair accessories. To be eligible for a return, your hair jewellery, headbands, or clips must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and health standards, certain items such as hair ties and elastics that have been removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing and Steps
To initiate a return, contact us at support@knightridermovie.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within ten business days.
